The three-step shake-and-pour method actually works—I made a frothy cup in under a minute with zero clumps. The yuzu gives it a bright, citrusy kick that cuts through the earthy matcha, and I definitely felt that 43mg of caffeine carry me through the afternoon slump.
I was skeptical about a flavored matcha, but the yuzu comes through bright and citrusy without hiding the tea’s grassy notes. The powder dissolves cleanly in cold water with just a few shakes, and the 43mg of caffeine gives me a smooth afternoon lift without jitters.
The bright yuzu comes through perfectly without overpowering the matcha, and it dissolves smooth with just a quick shake. I've been making it every morning instead of coffee, and the 43mg of caffeine gives me a clean lift that lasts a couple hours.
